The Affordable Care Act: One Year Later

Virginia Federal District Court Judge Henry Hudson struck down the section of the law requiring citizens to buy health care coverage or pay a penalty in December. Again in February, another Federal District Court Judge, Roger Vinson in Florida ruled the entire law invalid. On the other hand, two other federal judges have upheld the law making the battle to dismantle the Affordable Care Act in the courts 2 for repeal and 2 to uphold--a tie. (Image: Tom Toles)
