I’m returning to the Old Executive Office Building for another Town Hall discussion on #MinorityHealth. As implementation of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act continues, the White House Office of Public Engagement seek to explain how this policy benefits members of the African-American Community.  Last fall during Hispanic Heritage Month, the Office of Public Engagement held a Latino Health Policy Briefing in partnership with the National Council of La Raza.  The event, however was “off-the-record” and did not follow a Town Hall format.   I will be interested to note any contrast that may exist between the African-American and Latino members of the Obama coalition as implementation of healthcare reform proceeds. Want to participate please tweet your questions to @enBloomMedia with the hashtag #MinorityHealth from now until tomorrow at 9:00am. I’ll be using Cover It Live to document the town hall that you can access under the “Events” tab in the menu bar at the top of this site’s homepage.
